This place is so perfect! Came by for a quick bite since I'm driving through the area and was so pleasantly surprised by what they have here. A mini market, great food at kind prices and everything looks, feels and tastes like it really was made with love I got a large breakfast smoothie for $8.50 and a protein breakfast bowl for $10.50. So yum!

A nice surprise! I've driven past With Love and always had the vest intention to stop When a friend suggested we meet there, I was all in. I parked on Vermont and walked past at least 3 other parking spaces before I reached the entrance. When I opened the door, I felt the "Ahhhhh" it was sooo pleasant. There's a little market with fresh produce, frozen foods (in smaller portions) and dry goods. My first thought is "students need to shop here because of the smaller portions and prices. In fact, I DID call my daughter with a mom approved rating. I ordered a basic latte and old school coffee cake and my friend had an iced coffee. The cashier was very friendly and chatty and brought the order to our table (with the coffee cake warmed). The baked goods come from Homeboys Bakery too. The menu looked yummy so I'll have to revisit when it's time for FOOD FOOD. PLENTY of seating and a cool little loft type space with more tables and windows. This would be a nice change of scenery for students or work from homers who need wifi and low key people energy. I think they offer a refill discount too. Super nice spot. VERY clean and chill (without being cringe cool).

This is a hidden gem in the middle of the city! They offer healthy groceries and meals in what otherwise would be a food desert. The groceries are fairly priced and they accept EBT. It's also a great place to study or get some work done as there are plenty places to sit. The patio is clean and shaded. Perfect when meeting up with a friend or having a nice quiet meal on your own. Not to mention the service was great and the staff is super nice! You can tell they care about the community and want to offer healthy options to all. 10/10 recommend!

Normally at a place like this the coffee is doo doo but not here! They use compelling coffee roasters and have the ratios dialed in! Pleasantly surprised. The cold brew was smooth and dark and super tasty, black of course come on y'all! The burrito was standard and nothing to write home about but did the job for 10 bucks. The market seemed rad with decent prices and perfect for a quick pick up on the go whilst getting a great coffee! Came for the coffee was v v v happy everything else is a bonus! Tons of seating and parking wasn't bad!

I walked in with a good feeling, and walked out with an even better one. I was picking up my Too Good To Go order, and had read that there is EBT matching here which is a huge help during my ~layoff era~. The space had a solid selection of fresh produce, and the was really big. A little chilly, but pack a sweater. It's winter, bby. Super kind staff, and the hot food looked great. Can't wait to return.

Absolutely a gem in such a community that needs fresh groceries, EBT accepted and they apparently give free groceries too according to the website. And free street parking, too! The first time I walked in, I love that the ceilings are high, massive places to sit indoor, upstairs, patio, and even a conference room. Don't forget the reading area for kiddos. However, the minus 1 was I wish every city has something similar to With Love Market and Cafe (maybe I don't look around enough haha). And I noticed that they do not have an elevator unless I missed it, for those who need wheelchair access to the conference room. Definitely need privacy if choosing a conference room should someone need to meet in a much "hip" place. Decent restrooms and clean. Customer service, Levi is super nice over the phone and also in person. And as I ordered he helps makes the choices too. The burrito is probably the cleanest, almost free of grease and healthiest I have ever eaten! The avocado was SO BUTTERY! wow! I could have just eaten the avocado haha Plus, if you are searching for snacks, chips, ricola, burts bees lipbalm, coffee, smoothies, or chicken soup! Wow - impressive place to be ! Gotta stop by here again when I am in the area.

This is my new go to spot for anything smoothies or coffee. They have all kind of things for the community and that's always a plus. The workers were super sweet and welcoming and offered suggestions for what I wanted to try. I love the seating inside- super cool for a lunch date or a study spot. The music is nice too and not overly loud. Street parking is available but it is a busy street. I'm going to be a regular here.

I am so in love with everything here!! I wish it wasn't so south and near the freeway but that's what makes it low key. Music are massive vibes and the prices are so worth!!! Love supporting nonprofits and local businesses Service was sweet and my cold brew w/ splash horchata is fire
